How could Delta use supply concatenation management to improve its operations? Airline security is one of the hottest topics today. Delta could use supply chain management to monitor luggage, scan bags, and detect bombs and other hazardous material. It could also create a much efficient and effective supply chain allowing the company to pass these savings onto the customer, while making the company more profitable.
